What Resume EB does · 5 steps
1

Case intake

The firm names the category (EB‑1, EB‑2 NIW, EB‑3, EB‑5 or O‑1). The client fills out the Resume EB custom career form.

2

Kickoff meeting

We align the information the client entered, in the client's language (PT, EN or ES).

3

Career analysis by criterion

Career facts related to each criterion, the document that may prove each fact, and up to 3 SOC positions that fit the career.

4

Drafting

Report for the firm, structured CV written with the Cognitive Writing Architecture™, and the Projects annex.

5

Client validation

Short meeting or email, with the client's written approval of the career document.

Estimated turnaround: 5 business days, as long as the client replies within 3 business days.
Delivery

To the firm: full report

  1. 1What the attorney needs to know, with up to 3 SOC positions
  2. 2Career timeline
  3. 3Criteria analysis and suggested evidence
  4. 4What the client must provide
  5. 5CV + Projects*

To the client

*The full report goes to the firm. The client receives only the CV + Projects annex. Each CV section shows which petition documents it feeds.

After delivery
Attorney
Sets the strategy

Chooses the SOC position, validates the criteria and decides which evidence will be used.

Client
Gathers the documents

Collects the evidence the attorney asked for.

Firm team
Moves the petition forward

Letters, PP/BP and petition start from the same base, so every document tells the same story.
